‘Confidential Information’ refers to all information disclosed between the parties of this Agreement in relation to the Services, and especially, without limiting, Content available only for registered Users. Confidential Information does not cover information that was known to either party prior to disclosure, information that was made available to the public or information which is intended and disclosed for the purpose of publishing.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on DroneLikes web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
modify or copy the materials;
use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on DroneLikes web site;

Billing
Payments on DroneLikes are processed using a secure and verified payment gateway, with no sensitive financial information being input through our web site. You acknowledge and agree that your Payment Method will be charged and processed by our third-party payment processor. Secure method of accepting payments is processed using SSL encryption. By purchasing our services, you are explicitly agreeing that you clearly understand and agree to what you are purchasing. Furthermore, you have authorization to use the credit card, debit card or any other payment source used to make the purchase. Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute or chargeback, we receive the right, if necessary, to reset all followers and likes, terminate your account and/or permanently ban your IP address. Users acknowledge chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals will not be carried out prior to discussing the situation with our support team.
Client Responsibilities
By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Estonia, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute resulting from the misinterpretations of the present terms and conditions should be first attempted to be resolved by parties in good faith via negotiation. In case the parties fail to achieve a mutually sufficient resolution of the encountered dispute through negotiations, either party may refer such dispute to Court of Arbitration of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (“ECCI”) for arbitration in accordance with ECCI’s arbitration rules then in effect. The seat of arbitration shall be Tallinn and language of proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and legally binding upon the parties without any further appeal.

Refunds
Customers who are not completely satisfied with our services may request a full refund within the first 30 days of their purchase. Refunds will be processed through our customer support agents who can be reached at social@Dronelikes.com. Refunds are not applicable to free credits or services. DroneLikes reserves the right to meet customer satisfaction and all refunds must be processed in due diligence and due process.
Shipping Policy
No physical product will be shipped from Dronelikes.com.
Digital Shipping
Digital services such as Likes, Views, Followers bought through our Store are delivered via Dronelikes.com.
Once your payment is confirmed, the delivery of your order will be initiated instantly. Upon request, you may
also ask DroneLikes to provide a confirmation of the completion of your order.
Cancellation policy
The customer has a right to request a cancellation of the order only in the case where the order has not yet
been accepted for processing (meaning, the payment for the order has not been received, or the delivery of the
order has not started yet). The order cannot be cancelled once the client starts to receive the products ordered,
and cannot be refunded once the delivery is completed. The only condition under which the customer may receive
a refund for the completed order is specified in the “Refunds” section above.
Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Force Majeure.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW,

THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SECTION APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF DRONELIKES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

These terms and conditions may be subject to occasional changes, such as the change of the pricing policy, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, products available at the website or any other visible content. The company would maintain a track record of the changes made in regards to the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions, and inform the user about the changes by posting an update at the website. It is the user’s sole responsibility to regularly check the applicable policies for updates.
Service
1. DroneLikes is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook or any Instagram third-party partners in any way.
2. DroneLikes offer three types of services to its users: Provision of Instagram Likes, Followers and Views (exclusively from other real Instagram users) to the accounts of the customers, signing up to the platform and paying for the services. The customers have an option to choose between pre-selected packages of likes, followers or views (with a pre-determined quantity), or to create a custom order for a specific number of likes, followers, or views, using a scroll-bar. The custom option is available for view only for clients who have logged into the platform. The pre-selected packages could be viewed without the authorization.
2. It is your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram rules and any legislation that you are subject to. You use DroneLikes at your own risk.
3. We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences. We are not to blame if your Instagram account is banned for any reason.
4. We require your Instagram username to obtain required information for the Instagram API. We do not store, give away, or otherwise distribute your username to any third parties.
5. The expected number of followers, likes, and views is not guaranteed to you in any way.
6. We can’t guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of the services.
7. It is the sole responsibility of the customers to ensure their accounts are set to “public” during their use of the DroneLikes service. Any downtime of service in relation to a client changing their profile to “private” will not result in any payment reimbursement for that period of time.
8. You agree that upon purchasing our service, that you clearly understand and agree on what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via the payment processor.
9. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of our service or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.
10. It is your sole responsibility to check whether the Terms have changed.
